Update: came back and the baristas were just as pleasant as my last visit. They helped me pick a new drink to try. Just a nice spot that breaks away from the coffee chain monotony. Staff friendly. Places to sit. A lot of parking and there’s a drive thru. My drink was pretty good and worth going back for. Some other coffee places just hit the mark on their drinks.

Very clean atmosphere. The workers were very nice and friendly. Im new in town and this is far the best coffee shop in town.

They missed the mark here. I went to this place because of the name. I love the Memes on fb of "Coffee Monster". There was zero reference to Coffee or Cookie Monster. The interior design was all over the place. Nothing really made sense. The staff were all quite young and not very professional. I was really hungry and looking forward to my Pumpkin Muffin after a long walk to get there and they giggled when they dropped my muffin on the floor. They offered it to me saying it was only on the floor for 3 seconds. I had been so excited to go here and was horribly disappointed in so many ways. It's really out of the way and was a total let down.
