I am an Ellianos fanatic! However, the Ellianos in Montgomery fail in comparison to the Autauga County locations. I have tried this one and Vaughn Rd, and both locations were equally horrible. I always get a bacon bowl; at Vaughn Rd it was cold and at this location it was burnt. Pretty packaging does not mask quality! The quality and quantity you receive at the Autauga and Elmore County locations is unmatched! The grits look watered down and reused, bacon burnt, eggs look old.

Chai is extremely awesome. She is always very helpful in helping me to use my app. In addition, she’s very courteous. She has a beautiful smile and I enjoy chatting with her whenever I go to this location

The service is always friendly and helpful when trying to choose from the many options. Chai has taken my order the past two days I’ve gone in a row and she is friendly and fast. I’m usually there for about 3-5 minutes. I will now enjoy my Iced Caffe Dolce :)
