I've visited this place twice and went to the drive through on my way to work. I always give myself lots of time yet I had to rush back to work because the service is so slow. Anywhere else you go through drive through it's always fast service because people don't have time to go inside for a coffee. The girl was telling me their not short staffed but they have a line inside. She can also be more friendly. Smh Never had to wait for 10min+ at a drive through. Please do better.

Haven't been to a Second Cup in years - decided to give this one a try. Wasn't disappointed! Matcha Latte was made well. Our order took a little longer than expected, but we weren't in a rush. Nice atmosphere; could hold a conversation. Tables/seating was as bit close together. Overall a good experience, and we'll be back!

Went here a couple times now and the staff not friendly at all!!! Must not be a great atmosphere for staff due to manager or owners attitude for all look miserable . Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches for the both of us and there was a very insignificant amount of cheese . In fact we thought they forgot to put cheese in them. We had to ask for our coffees to be in china cups and the size is the smallest you can find. Thought we would support Canadian company but their standards are questionable. Back to Starbucks we go !!! Grilled Cheese sandwiches have loads of cheese . Mugs are larger size . Free refills and VERY friendly staff well trained.!!!
