This is the best coffee shop at the University of Arkansas. The roasts are vibrant and tasty. I've tried many of their drinks and have never been disappointed. Their breakfast is really good My favorite is thier Bigger Breakfast Bagel. And my favorite drink to get there is a white chocolate mocha. If you happen to be in the union I would suggest going to this place for your food and beverage needs.

There coffee is really good and staff is very nice, but they ignore their app all the time. My drink will be ready and i have to wait another 10 minutes before they are able to take 2 seconds to hand it to me.

I've come to hill coffee numerous times over the past two years, and I'm sorry to say that their service and quality has really gone downhill and I won't be returning anymore. Their prices have spiked: $1.50 for cold foam? $8+ for a SMALL flavored iced chai that tasted like water? Absurd. Their coffee is, to be frank, terrible, they just usually hide it with enough sugar to kill a small mammal (except when they forget it). I've had them mess up my order so many times--I've gotten dirty chai without chai in it (how do you even do that??), had to return more matchas than I can count because they use almond milk in it even when I tell them I have an allergy, and even had a barista tell me that an Old Main (expresso with steamed milk, honey, and cinnamon) wasn't supposed to have milk in it??? I get that they're student workers, but I'm a student too and being a young adult doesn't mean you get to be outright incompetent. The only thing good here still is the food, but it's too expensive for how little you get. I'm tired of wasting my time and money here, it isn't worth it anymore.
