I had to try the new Cinnamon Swirl Blended Freeze at Dutch Bros in Buckeye, AZ, and I was really impressed! The staff there are incredibly sweet and provide great customer service, which made my experience even better. The drink itself was deliciously sweet—perfect for those of us with a sweet tooth! However, if you don't typically enjoy very sweet drinks, this one might not be for you. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try!"

My husband and I go to this Dutch Bros at LEAST 3 times a week, yea serious coffee habit, and today was just not good. They had a lot of new employees and my coffee was not at all the way I ordered it. All ice, barely any soft top when I ordered 3 scoops. Just not a good experience at all. I think that they can do a lot better considering these drinks are not cheap.

What’s the point of placing an order through the app if they serve every single person in line before even asking how they can help you? This system is designed poorly.. the whole point of an online order is to get it and go AT the time it says it’s ready.. not wait for 20 minutes while their hives of bees swarm you. They’re nice, but that’s not what I’m paying for. Please review this or have a pick up window of some kind. This is every time I place an online order.
