I LOVE Jackrabbit Java! I order a 24oz iced honey latte with oat milk and it is my absolute favorite drink on the planet:-) Every once in a while the staff sees me pulling up and has it ready before I pay - which may be a tad embarrassing considering how often I have to go for that to happen - but I think it is very telling of how intentional they are with knowing their customer base + remembering their orders. Of their food, I have only had a cinnamon roll but it was huge, fluffy, and delicious:-) If you're in the valley and you haven't been here, this is your sign!!!

We’ve been a handful of times when in the area and love it. Service is always kind and efficient, but don’t make you feel rushed. The cold brew is delicious and prices fair. Great stop with a few tables out front. This is drive thru and walk up only.

First time visiting this coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised with the great coffee. I ordered a simple latte w. Hazelnut. Soo good, not overly sweet. I highly recommend The desert tortoise!! The service was absolutely awesome
