Casey took my order. Amazing 6 shot coffee with caramel and jalapeño bagel. Until I spilled my large cup everywhere. I offered to clean it up, Casey immediately jumped into action and cleaned up the mess I made. Thanks bro. Great employees.. Chelsea made me my new coffee. Great spot!

Despite I like your coffee, your service last time wasn’t good as I asked to fix my drink and got charged for adding more cold foam and the drink was still bad. I ordered large cold brew with sweet cream on top and there was barely any cream. It makes sense that a larger cup needs more cream so the ratio between cream and coffee stay the same. This is not the issue, the issue when I asked for more I got charged and the barista gave me an attitude as this is how it should be! I am the one who is drinking and you should accommodate each customer based on their needs!

First time here. Thank you Hope for the outstanding service and making us feel so welcomed. It's been so long since we have had a conversation with an employee when getting anything. You were so friendly and I'll be back for sure when I come to visit my family in Phoenix! Thank you for making a sample of your fuel drink. It's delicious. The iced Mexican Mocha is so yummy! Starbucks who?? Lol. Awesome experience. Black Rock is lucky to have a gem like you. You truly are so appreciated for your wonderful service! Tomas and Victoria!
