My drink didn't get sprinkles like the picture. I was sad but it was delightful. I'll definitely be going back just for another drink.

I brought my son to get a drink and ended up waiting almost an hour . He goes every week with his speech therapist to get a drink and practice social interactions. This week she was sick so I took him because he looks forward to it. We asked the associate what was taking so long. Her response was that online orders take priority over walk ups. I had him go back to the counter and ask for his money back. They did not return his money, but 90 seconds later he had his drink. 8:19 am I texted my wife we were there. 9:07 we left with the drink. Extremely disappointed with the experience. I generally give him about $15 each week for their outing to spend. This single drink was $10. Don't feel like customers should be penalized for not using an app, or for their disabilities.

We love going to this location; however, today was very disappointing. The new team completely messed up my order and when I tried to correct it at the window it made it worse. We used our free points for our drinks and at this time I am short one drink and I had to get my drink at Dunkin. I tried to Dutch's Manager's and I was directed back to corporate.
