Ordered the Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso. Received a cup completely full of cubed Ice!!!! From top to bottom! I finished the drink in record time because it was mostly ice. Usually lasts me an hour, I drank what little coffee I had in 10 minutes. There was absolutely no brown sugar in it at all :(. Some places make it great, some just fail completely. I couldn’t go back because I was on the road. Please stop filling the cup completely with ice and make the drink as advertised🤷🏼‍♀️

The employees were unprofessional and took an excessive amount of time to process my order. I placed my order online and waited for 10 minutes, only to find one of the staff members laughing when I requested that she expedite my order because I was running late for work. I attempted to call and inquire about her name, and I was informed that both employees are named Makayla, based on my last conversation over the phone. It is disappointing to see individuals with poor customer service skills and no sense of urgency working at Starbucks.

This Christmas season, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Starbucks, and I just have to rave about the incredible experience I had! The store was buzzing with holiday cheer, and despite the hustle and bustle of the busy season, the team was absolutely phenomenal. A special shoutout goes to Isaac and Kyla, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Isaac greeted every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, effortlessly balancing efficiency with friendliness. He made my day brighter with his positive energy and quick wit, even while managing a seemingly endless line of customers. Kyla was just as delightful, crafting each drink with care and precision while making sure the holiday magic shone through. You could tell how much effort she put into making sure every order was perfect. The whole team worked together seamlessly, tackling the holiday rush with smiles and festive spirits. It was heartwarming to see such dedication and teamwork, especially during one of the busiest times of the year. They didn’t just serve coffee; they created an experience full of warmth and joy. Merry Christmas to the entire Starbucks team, and a huge thank you to Isaac and Kyla for spreading holiday cheer and working so hard to make everyone’s day a little brighter. Your hard work and kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m so grateful to have started my holiday morning with such a wonderful team.
