This employee with the black and blonde hair, black top holding up the counter sadly felt she had more important things to be doing instead of working with her team during a busy lunch rush. I came in and stood at the counter just watching. Made eye contact with her as she was talking to an employee on the east side of the building. Then she walked past me without saying anything and went over to the north west of the building at the drive thru and started talking to this employee as she was working. The tall gentleman was rocking it with orders from both sides and doordash deliveries. He approached me and started searching for the order I arrived for. This employee responded and handed him an empty cup "I started it, but this is as far as I got" Then proceeded to talk and hold up the counter instead of completing the order or being a team member and start working. Eventually she made eye contact with me again and asked if I needed help. I did respond that he finally helped me and I was taken care of so she went back to holding up the counter and blocking him from getting ingredients From the mini fridge and having to move a few times. From experience in the serving career also these kinds of employees bring down the whole team and employees working with her. Helping pull the weight would make such a difference for each shift!

I've had coffee there twice the past 2 days due to how close it is to where I'm staying. The first day the coffee was excellent, today I was given lukewarm coffee, I mentioned it they replaced it with hot coffee, but it just tastes old, does not taste good at all. I don't like paying this much for coffee that doesn't taste good. This coffee actually tasted gross, like coffee that sat all night and was reheated. Update: this is one of those cases where canned or AI responses will actually make things worse. There was no mentions of doing anything real, I'm not sure how you'll look into it, nor how nothing substantial was offered, such as either a refund or replacement. I received gross coffee, wasn't just my taste buds, or whatever else, I literally ordered the exact same thing the day before and I thought it was great. Nonetheless, third party tools, companies, etc, do not do your company justice with responses like this.

I go out of my way to go to this location because they have such great customer service and drinks. The man working the drive thru window accidentally handed me the wrong drink. I went back into the store to let them know, and the guy at the window immediately recognized me and had my drink made before I even got to the counter. They really take the time to make sure your experience is 5 star, and they make it right if they make a mistake. I hope the team working at 10:40 this morning gets kudos for their hard work.
