Such a cute coffee shop with amazing staff! I've visited this location maybe 30 times this past year, and have never had a customer service or food issue. Granted I've only gotten food a couple times and virtually only buy tea, but the amanh pastry I got was delicious. Why I mention amazing staff is they're always fun and friendly to chat with, make good suggestions, and are super creative. I'm visiting today for Valentine's Day, and they did an amazing job with the decorations and Valentine's themed ice cream flavors.

The coffee was great, but the customer service on Sunday morning was disappointing. We tried to engage in a friendly conversation, but the staff seemed uninterested and came across as rude and unwelcoming.

First time here although I have lived in the area for the last 6 years. Great coffee, sandwiches and ambiance. The staff is really nice too ☕️
