My boyfriend and I went on a Wednesday morning. They had a great selection of breakfast food and lattes. Vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free (say no cheese) options. All freshly made in-house food served with salsa (brought to table).

Always hesitant to try new places but this spot nailed it. I got the drink of the week, pumpkin maple latte, less sweet regular milk. Super tasty! Still a tiny bit sweet but I’m sure that can be further adjusted. Boyfriend and I got the breakfast burritos, one sausage one bacon. The sausage is good, but the flavor of the bacon is so much better. I will get bacon next time, but on the side to maintain its crispiness. Boyfriend got the south Scottsdale special, and it’s not my cup of coffee but it’s not sweet and has a little kick so if that’s what you’re looking for it, this nails it. The two hot sauces pictured, the red is spicier. Green has better flavor in my opinion. Both aren’t too spicy or overwhelming.

I am an espresso aficionado, Inner Circle has it dialed in. All of the plants hanging about had me feeling like I was in a greenhouse. My only complaint is the $4.10 cost for a double shot of espresso, it’s not necessarily this place, it’s across the coffee industry. This cafe is super local and the vibe is right so I didn’t mind, but generally the labor to make an espresso is less involved for another drink on the menu, so….? Anyway go and you won’t be disappointed!
