I usually go to this location because it’s 5 minutes away from my house, but this morning I ordered a Hazelnut Truffle Mocha Iced. It tasted great until I was almost done with my coffee and noticed it also came with an extra LID inside lmfaooo. Disgusting because I don’t know if this lid was clean or not but I ended up throwing the rest of it away. I did go at around 6:30am so I get that they might’ve been tired but how did they not notice they put a whole other lid inside my drink??

I come to the Dutch Brothers because it’s only 5 to 10 minutes from my house but I feel like every time I come here it takes me literally 20 to 30 minutes just to get a coffee. It is very unacceptable especially when we’re not busy. I don’t know if they’re training a lot of new people or What the deal is because the Dutch Brothers on 59th Ave. and Bell is way more busy and is more efficient. Today I have been sitting here for more than 10 minutes. There’s two cars still ahead of me. A barista has not taken my order. They’re taking orders at the window. This is very pathetic and not how Dutch Bros is supposed to be run. Whoever is managing this one needs to do a better job

Service kinda sucks. I ordered for pick up at their window, got there 5 min after pick up time, no one acknowledged me at the window though they had just finished taking an order and made eye contact. I saw that they were about to take another order so I asked if mine was ready, it had been 10 min past the pick up time at this point. They checked and started making it at that point. They also forgot a few things that were customized, I was picking up for someone else and I didn't find out til later. All this wouldn't have been unpleasant if they had just acknowledged a few of us instead of ignoring.
