Good Kid Coffee

We wanted to try something other than our typical SB "kid free" coffee date. Originally we were trying a place closer to our home (ended up being closed likely due to the snow) and a quick Google search sent us here... The staff were super friendly... and cranberry lemon scones were fantastic which went well with our hot chocolates! We will be back... next time I want to give the salted caramel latte a try with either the brownie or the s'more cookie!

I went here with a couple friends and they all really enjoyed their drinks. They liked the foam art. They have a variety of bagels that are really good also baked goods such as cookies and brownies. I had a cookie and it was pretty fire. The atmosphere was a vibe, although it was busy at the time and they ran out chairs to be used inside. We tried to grab a chair from outside but were politely asked by an employee to not do that. There is lots of seating outside, but when it’s raining and cold, it’s not ideal. A decently sized parking lot which was nice as well. I would recommend going here.

The wife and I popped into Good Kid to grab a coffee this morning, and really liked the Vibes. It’s a cool little cafe, and an upgrade from the Monks. Service was friendly, and I would love to try some of the treats and other food on their menu. We just had our coffees to go, and while the flat white was excellent, I didn’t love the Americano. Just a case of them using beans that had flavour notes that weren’t for me, but the next person may love them. Next time I’ll just get the flat white too!we will definitely return next time we are in town.
