I’ve been coming here since I moved to Abbotsford back in the summer. It’s a short walk from my house and kind of hidden away - you’d almost miss it if you’re not careful. I found it exploring one afternoon and have never looked back. The staff are incredible and are always so kind. They seriously go above and beyond. They have even held my dog for me outside while I order, brought us pup cups and cookies (this is a big deal considering my dog is a nervous rescue) and pet him lots. It helps with his confidence. It doesn’t go unappreciated! Today, they served me delicious food, coffee and a sweet treat for my birthday.. making sure extra love was included. It was simply the best. The gals are so nice! Coffee is delicious. Great selection of sandwiches. I love the vibe and energy the place has.

Was in Abbotsford for training and was craving a coffee. Found "Hugs in a Mug" and decided to give it a shot, wasn't disappointed actually the complete opposite. The chocolate peanut butter scone was amazing, iced white chocolate mocha or smooth and flavorful, and the staff were, polite, knowledgeable, and just happy to be there serving customers! Well done five stars!!
