I am genuinely impressed with this place. Everyone and everything has been excellent anytime I’ve gone in. The baked goods are awesome and a gluten friendly. We only know about it as my wife developed allergies. I went there most recently and asked about ingredients. The owner himself brings out the ingredient book to check for potential allergy ingredients. I fully support this place and the service they provide for the community. Grateful for you all, thank you! Try the fritter!

I have favourite items and I’ve never heard anyone complain of the food. I love that I have a guarantee that items are gluten free. It is a lovely place to visit with friends over some great Republic coffee. I highly recommend the BLT and avocado toast, the caramels, apple fritters, brownies, and cowboy cookies!

Stopped in on a Sat. for lunch with my wife and son. Great food and atmosphere, but unfortunately, it’s not the place to go to if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, as it took nearly 1/2 hr for our 3 sandwiches to be made. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt until my son said he has stopped going there for lunch while at work because the wait is generally too long. We ended up eating our baked goods as appetizers instead of for dessert,Lol!
