Their cinnamon bun is the best that I've ever had. I was super happy ☺️Partly because it was freshly out from the oven and partly because of the cream cheese on top. It's so DELICIOUS!!! I want more.

Staff is nice. The music was too loud for a coffee shop. There are paid Street parking and not too many. The coffee shop is just right by Metrotown Station, so it is accessible via transit. Food is okay. Coffee and lattes are good. The decor is aesthetic. Love the plants on the wall. Many seats to choose from. One thing was off when a sketchy guy came in the cafe he used the washroom for almost an hour. No one could get in the washroom. Can’t blame the staff, as she was by herself and busy with other customers. We have been knocking at the door but he just tells us he’a almost done. Then he took off after doing his business.

My first time at Coffee Loft and it was delightful. Staff is very courteous and friendly and greet you with smiles. I ordered the egg and cheese on English muffin without bacon and they made a delicious sandwich and made some excellent replacements. The coffee is good as well and will try some other items next time I am in the neighborhood. Much better experience than other chain coffee shop places which are in Metrotown.
