Check out this new location! Modus is offering up the same high quality coffee you'd expect from their first location - what a treat to have them here in our local neighborhood. Lots of milk alternative options for those who can't have milk like myself. I got coffee beans and they kindly offered to grind it for me so I can make pour-overs at home. I loved the decor and vibe and will definitely be coming back! Welcome to the neighborhood Modus.

One of the best coffee shops in town has finally opened their second location! The new shop is much bigger and we were in love with the colour of the table. All of the pastries we tried were amazing and we can’t wait to come back to try the brunch on the weekend!

First time visiting Coffee Roastery Modus, and I must say, the minimalistic design is absolutely stunning—it gives a clean and stylish vibe that I really appreciate. We tried a croissant, Cardi Bs, iced Americano, and a hot latte. The latte stood out with its great taste, but the other items were just average. However, the staff here are incredibly nice and meticulous—you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. The spacious and modern environment makes it an excellent place to start your morning on a positive note. I will definitely visit again to try more from their menu!
