Coffee fan and espresso fan here. Tried there Soon Traditional Cappuccino as it's one of their signature drinks. Taste: 8.5/9 Coffee beans are not as strong but caffeine kick was there. Texture: 9/10 Creamy and not watered down like other coffee shops out there. Flavor: Good balance of milk, coffee and texture. All in all it's a good texture and coffee made with passion and care.

I've visited Soon a few times since the opening. The vibe and the design is very cool and the coffee is pretty decent as well. It is located inside the food court so it might get busy sometimes but still one of the best options to grab a coffee in Brentwood.

🍵Review for Matcha Drinkers 🍵 If your into like matcha drinks like me this probably won't be the place for you. Like I got my drink and it looked pretty good but there is not enough matcha in there , I was straight up drinking oat milk. This place also costs more than other cafes for matcha lattes. But yeah for those hardcore matcha fans out there this really wasn't it. The staff was really nice though and the service was great. I will update my review once I try a coffee item.
