The lady at the counter wasn’t very helpful. I clearly mentioned what I wanted and still she got my order wrong. While I noticed her making wrong order, I asked what I paid for. Mind you she didn’t repeat back my order to me and I clearly told her that I want an extra empty cup on the side so we can share our drinks and get scone. I only had money for 2 items which is why I asked for an empty cup. I needed something to eat because of my health, but she ended up saying she cant do anything now. When asked for the whole refund, she ending up asking what we actually wanted. I was still trying to be nice with her and then she chose to tell me that I should make sure I order right next time. I mean what does that even mean?? I ordered what I wanted and its the staff’s responsibility to repeat the customer’s order. Please train your staff to be nice so no one has to be upset getting something to eat.

I bought a Mocha Frappe and it was delicious! The tables, however, were very messy and unclean. The lady working there said nice things but reluctantly gave me my order.

My husband picked up the flat bread tonight all I can say is wow. You are our favourite coffee shop and now for flatbread.
