I enjoy their coffee and always try to support local but when the barista says ‘exactly’ in a condescending tone when I didn’t realize you needed a key for the bathroom it kind of detracts from the interaction. I was standing there thinking someone was in washroom and she sarcastically said ‘looking for the key’ I said ‘oh I didn’t know you needed one’ ‘to which she replied ‘exactly’ in the most condescending tone ever. Huh what? What did I do. Get over yourself and try and be nice to customers. This was in the Sahali location

Awesome lattes. I love me my lavender lattes and they have the lavender syrup. Not a lot of coffee shops have it. Coffee is piping hot!

Friendly and efficient customer service with menu that has a variety of options, including non-dairy milks and different syrups I got the blended frapp with almond milk and a dash of sweetener and it was delicious
