Matcha Cafe Maiko has been around for sometime in Richmond and it’s been pretty consistent over the years so I’ve been coming back pretty often. I’ve gotten different items to try each visit ranging from just a basic soft serve ice cream cone to parfaits. Lately I find myself getting the “Matcha Float” which is their matcha drink without milk ( aka not a latte ) but still has a swirl of their matcha soft serve on top which I let melt and stir in to the drink to make it “creamy and sweet”

I can not stress this enough, worth every penny. We are from the us & were craving some high quality matcha, we for sure came to the right spot. Service was amazing, drinks came out super quick. Cannot recommend this place enough💚💚💚

Staff are so friendly. I got my free birthday ice cream and it is very delicious! The taste of matcha is exactly the flavor I like. Their black sesame is also good too. Thanks for the ice cream and will definitely visit again!
