This cafe is a good spot to do some work. However, keep in mind that storefront parking is for 1 hour. My friend and I ordered matcha lattes, and initially we thought it looked great. But upon drinking, we both agreed it was poorly made. Overly bitter, way too much matcha versus milk. Also, overpriced in my opinion for the quality. $1 for milk sub and another $1 for flavour pump. It cost $15 for 2 drinks. We both feel a bit unwell after finishing our matchas. Unfortunate beverage experience given the fact that we enjoyed the space in the cafe.

regular, i usually get the dalgona matcha latte. it’s not on the main menu anymore but it’s my favorite place to get matcha. you have to ask to get it properly mixed or there will be chunks of matcha in the drink which isn’t pleasant to bite into! it seems their phone number isn’t working so you can’t really do pickups but that’s not a huge problem. love the matcha!!

So we just had a drip coffee and a croissant here. The ambiance is nice but ruined by single persons with their laptops taking up all the doubles table and by couples taking up the tables for four with their backpacks. There's nothing great about the coffee either. Same taste as Starbucks or any other coffee shop. Parking is an issue, but you can drive a bit further and park at the shopping area and walk back. Or just go to Starbucks there.
