Oidé Coffee is a hidden gem with a minimalist and stylish design, featuring sleek concrete walls and a calming atmosphere. The simple menu focuses on quality, and we tried their iced Americano, latte, croissant, and cookie—all above average and well-crafted. The downstairs seating area adds a cozy touch, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a boutique coffee experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into aesthetic cafes and quality coffee.

I finally visited Oide Cafe after a recommendation and grabbed a matcha latte and sesame swirl to-go. The matcha latte was exceptional—vibrant green, smooth froth, with a natural sweetness and playful balance between the milk and matcha flavor in each sip. Seems like it’s one of the best matcha lattes I’ve had in Vancouver. The sesame swirl paired perfectly, with its rich and fragrant sesame filling and buttery, croissant-like crust, reminded me of something from Viva Cafe in Kitsilano. The barista was passionate, and the latte art was impressive, so I asked them not to cover the lid so I could snap a photo. Parking was tough. But I’ll still definitely be back to try their coffee and cookies next time or back to matcha latte!

One of the best spots to get matcha latte in Vancouver！Their matcha is smooth, the matcha powder they use is high-quality, the serving size is perfect, and the latte art is always pretty！
