Finally had the chance to try this spot. I usually order a cortado to taste the beans and a creation of the shop for creativity and execution. I didn't want to be too cracked out so I just ordered the butter pecan latte. It was balanced. I was skeptical about the anise as it can be licorice forward and overpowering. It was made well and balanced flavors were present. Delicious. I gotta come back and try their other drinks. Service was quick and friendly.

Holy cow this was some good coffee. It is really hard to find a coffee shop that actually serves good tasting coffee. It was perfectly balanced and not bitter at all. I got the Boring latte with oat milk. Definitely coming back again today to try something else before I head home. This will be my go to spot when visiting Anaheim. Also the lady barista was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I wish was if the hot drink was made hotter (I’ll request extra hot next time) and if they had more pastries. Specifically vegan or dairy free ones. I understand later towards the day they would have minimal choices for pastries but, it was 3 hours before they closed. Wish they would keep more in inventory and have a bit of a better selection. Still giving this place a 10/10 ⭐️

Minimal decor, maximal menu. Coffee sourced from some of the world’s best micro roasters. Impeccable pour overs, espresso dialed in to perfection, generous and plentiful food options, beautiful and ample seating. Spacious. I could spend hours in this place.
