I was a loyal customer for 2+ months, my order namae being sky. I came in every Wednesday ordering the same thing a large hot chocolate with wiped cream and carmal, which comes up to about $7 +tax. Until February 12th, 2025, I went to Chill following my usual schedule, but I didn't order anything. The server asked me if I was going to order anything I said no, then came up to me and said "Sky this isn't a place to hang around at, if you not going to support the business you need to get out." So I packed up all my stuff, grabbed my bag, and walked out, I haven't gone back since. Be mindful that I'm a 12 year old girl with no way of making money. So if you don't wanna get kicked out, go sit in Barnes & Noble. Have the day you deserve!

I had a hot Bestea and it was so good with unique aroma that I've never had before with other milk tea. The drink is a bit sweet and I forgot to ask for no sugar option. This is a cute little coffee shop in a mall. The mall wasn't too busy on Monday. I would like to try their other drink. Their menu looks interesting

Friendly employees, relatively fast service, got what we ordered. Walked in for drinks, so that expectationwas met. But seating is still blocked off, so had to find one of the minimal tables outside. Midday, didn't take too long, but can't imagine busier times.
