Good: staff are nice, chill place to sit and people watch, and have a pastry/drink Bad: espresso. Been here at least 3 times and the staff here likely aren’t trained to pull a good shot of espresso. This last visit, my cortado was over extracted and had grounds in it. Maybe it’s the general public, usually preferring milk drinks so they don’t feel the need to pull good shots. Who knows..? But why source interesting, single origin beans, with various processing methods if you’re not gonna dial in your beans? Every time I leave disappointed, likely won’t come back for espresso drinks, but will try other drinks.

Came for a new bag of whole beans. I thought the placement of the bags was horrible because it is between where you would order and pick up. I think this led to the staff being very rude about asking me to move while I was looking for the tasting notes. When I did order, I had to ask if she could ring up the bag which made it seem like she did not understand why I was standing where I was in the first place. Cold brew was good. Beans were good. Just nervous to go back.

Small coffee shop with three counter stools. The coffee is pretty good and they have a decent selection of bagels and pastries. I would personally avoid the odd flavored lattes they have including purple potato and black sesame. I’ve ordered both and they seem to just use a flavored syrup in a regular latte which makes it taste a little fake. Good coffee otherwise.
