This place makes excellent espresso—top-shelf beans, great machine, and the owner really knows his craft. I come here multiple times per week. That said, some staff clearly need proper training. Today, I watched an employee come straight from the back of the house where he was handling trash or dishes—without washing his hands—directly to making my coffee. He dropped a plastic lid on the floor, left it there, and then later put it back in the lid rack. I also saw him handling the rim of the cup with unwashed hands. When he handed me the cup without a lid, he said some cups don’t take lids well, but frankly, by that point, I was too shocked to care. This was disappointing for a place that charges premium prices and clearly takes pride in its coffee. Management needs to address these hygiene issues—fast.

Excellent coffee and such nice people. Vietnamese coffee was excellent, as were the pastries. I appreciate the delicious decaf, which can be hard to find, as well as many veggie pastries options. I will definitely go out of my way to visit again when I'm in the area.

The foods are delicious. I really recommended the Vietnamese coffee and/or matcha, they're amazing. Very appreciate the staffs, funny and friendly. I would come back.
