Visited about a week ago. The worker who took my order was so nice. I didnt hear her calling out my name when my matcha latte was ready, and she came out and handed me the latte with a big smile. It was the first time for me to visit Alfred chain store, and this experience made me visit other Alfred branches too! Also the matcha latte was good !

My vanilla latte was delicious, the coffee is really good but beware, it is a very milky latte. This is the perfect drink for those who aren't avid coffee fans/drinkers. Unfortunately, my friend's vanilla latte was not good, I believe whoever pulled the espresso was a different worker than mine. Quality control issue for sure.

you could tell the staff were overworked and frantic. I paid $12 for a burrito that didn’t have bacon or avocado! 😞 And I’m sorry to report that my iced coffee was super not tasty. (They also gave me the wrong milk and it upset my tummy. $22 for just two items I was deeply unsatisfied with.) the owner did reach out to help make it right. So I’d give them another chance in the future.
