5-STAR REVIEW I'm obsessed with The Mug coffee shop in Fresno! The warm atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Owners Mike and Crystal are rockstars, creating a cozy, inclusive space perfect for remote workers, students, and coffee lovers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The menu is impressive, with must-try items like homemade cinnamon rolls, veggie wraps, and iced coffee. What I love most is The Mug's commitment to building community. They host local events, art exhibits, and partner with small businesses. I meet here weekly for Toastmasters, and the staff always ensures we have everything we need. If you haven't checked out The Mug yet, go! You won't regret it.

I’ve been coming to The Mug since it first opened as a cozy little shop in 2019, and it’s been incredible to watch it grow into the vibrant community hub it is today. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care. You won’t just find great coffee here—you’ll find great people, too. I always look forward to catching up with the friendly staff, and having amazing conversations with them. My go-to drink is the Hey Jude with all dark chocolate. And if you’re hungry, try the chicken chipotle melt. It’s easily one of the best chicken sandwiches in Fresno! Big shoutout to the amazing staff and owner for creating such a wonderful space. If you’re looking for a coffee shop that feels like home, The Mug is it!

Came here after my morning walk at Woodward. Absolutely delicious coffee and great atmosphere. The barista was so friendly and gave me good recommendations. It feels like coffee shops used to feel. Can't wait to come back and try more drinks! Hopefully I'll come back a little later in the morning so I can try breakfast!
