Always love Peets in Livermore. Our barista Rich is always so welcoming and has never made a mistake with our orders for myself and my husband. Recently PGE had a power outage (forPeets Ii think that was a first), so they carefully noted customers who ordered when power went out and made sure they filled those orders ASAP when those customers returned. It’s rare that a company’s staff cares this much to make your day great and serve every thing just the way you want it.

Apparently customers of this location are not allowed to get Internet access on holidays or on weekdays (as evidenced by the lack of Internet access experienced today. Additionally, a “peppermint mocha” is not allowed to have any flavor o peppermint in it also (even getting the drink re-made DID NOT GIVE IT ANY FLAVOR!).

First time here and it was an odd place. Felt like the man taking our order was judging us the whole time. My husband asked for vanilla in his cold brew and the man responded, “uhh, if I can find it on the screen”, as if no one else asks for vanilla in their drink. Then, I ordered drip coffee and asked if he could throw some ice in the cup to cool it down; he acted as if I had said something foreign and goes, “uh (side eye roll) sure”.
