I came in yesterday to order a coffee. I did not receive the coffee I ordered, I received something completely different and had already driven away, so I couldn't ask for it to be remade. To top it off, I received regular milk instead of oat milk like I asked and PAID for. I have been sick for almost 24 hours since I've had it. It doesn't help that the drink I received had so much sugar at the bottom of it that it wouldn't stir in, and every sip was crunchy from the grains of sugar. The staff was busy in their loud conversation when I walked in, and it felt like I was rude and interrupted when I ordered. After I ordered, the staff went back to their conversation but was clearly too distracted to make my order correctly. I really wanted to like this place, but the staff was unprofessional, and I am sick because of their carelessness. With how expensive my drink was, you would expect better service.

Our group sat outside and took up all the outside tables and chairs. Crave accommodated the group's needs by letting us each order a drink to put on the group tab. Then they brought the pre-ordered coffee cake to each of us.

I love when I find a coffee shop that delivers quality and flavor flexibility! The 1st time I went I ordered a blended Funky monkey, a blended Caramel blend with coconut (tastes just like a Samoa cookie), and a blended White mocha with rose. I went back 3 more time!!! This place was a great find!
