This Starbucks management needs to step it up here and BETTER TRAIN their employees. This is unacceptable. So for one They are ripping people off (giving one tea bag for medicine ball? nope it’s suppose to have two different types of tea, what they did was pull a lazy fast one on me today… I was there at 430 on a Sunday 1/26 and I waited in a drive through line for well over 10 + min!!!!! for them to give me a medicine ball with one tea bag my drink tasted awful and IM SICK TRYING TO GET BETTER shame on them for sending this out to meI order this often and know how it’s to be made!!!! I also ordered a caramel frap line the cup extra. You want to know what they did? They squirted the extra camel at the bottom of the cup it was discussing. I’m reaching out to corp because this is very bad. Check your drinks before you drive off! Awful customer service here today. Shame on them.

They never ha e the toppings they always run out of drinks, it's 9 am and they don't have certain drinks, managment needs to do better and order more ingredients more coffee etc. They are doing a horrible job.

Everytime I get coffee ( even when I ask it to be remade ) from this one it tastes burnt. Every single time! The good one around here is on Lakewood and telegraph.
