The boba Thai tea tasted great, but the EZ sweet signature was too sweet. Quick friendly service and clean interior. One unisex bathroom. Plenty of parking lot parking.

This is a new place in town right across from the El Monte trolley station. If you're all about boba try this place out. They have a variety of drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, slushies and blends. (Waffles may be served here in the near future) You can stay here and use the WiFi or take your items to go. There is plenty of parking on the west side of the building. My favorites are the Thai tea with boba, Oolong strawberry fruit tea with boba and the strawberry slush. The great thing about the fruit tea is that you can get it at 50%, 75%, or 100% sweetness. I get mine at 50% so that it is only slightly sweet. There is also a $10 minimum debit/credit requirement here but they also take other forms of digital money. You can tap to pay here. Most importantly if you do plan on hanging out there is a customer restroom. Metro line 76 and all El Monte trolleys will bring you to this establishment.
