Walked in early morning there was one guy sitting down only … waited over 15 minutes to get my drink and bread… girls don’t attend you .. everyone that walked in after me kept waiting as well when there was 3 girls no one took the decency to greet or help until the person would speak up… they can see the people but don’t ask what’s needed … horrible customer service overall…

Good, but they are so slow in making your drink. Drive thru line blocks traffic too. Pls fix this. Update: The boy with the long hair was taking his time taking/making drinks, while the husky one was doing nearly all the work. This explains the slow speed.

I appreciate this place. It’s tricky to drive and park here so keep that in mind. The only way to enter the plaza is going north on Peck Road or east on Ramona. The staff here is overall very professional and wonderful. The quality of their drinks and bakery items is great too. I like their muffins, coffee, espresso and lavender latte. Look forward to trying more items.
