Customer service is not it. A drink was called out but I did not fully hear what it was. I tried getting a workers attention my saying excuse me multiple times. Eventually they decided to look up, I politely asked what drink was just called out, he responded with a very rude “I don’t know”. Like thanks lol eventually someone else helped me. Regardless will not be returning. Also, their drinks are way too hot. Upward of 200 degrees is my guess. This isn’t a big deal but definitely a safety concern.

Coffee cake scone is delicious, as is the bacon pepper jack croissant, and the Mexican chocolate cherry latte (xocolatl ceriza)!

First off the cherry Mexican hot chocolate was 12/10, I've had plenty Mexican hot chocolate but this is by far the best and the addition of the cherry just takes it to another level. Great atmosphere. The interior decoration is very nice. Great service and seems very popular. Great selection on coffee drinks and specialties.
