I had an incredible experience at paper boy roasting! I ordered a matcha latte made with ceremonial-grade matcha and a touch of maple syrup for natural sweetness—it was absolutely perfect. The matcha had a smooth, earthy flavor, and the balance was just right. What really sets this place apart is their dedication to quality. They roast their own coffee beans, ensuring every cup is fresh, rich, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the difference! When I checked out, I noticed they didn’t have a tip option on the card reader. The owner explained that their focus is on serving exceptional coffee rather than expecting tips, which I really appreciated. They do have an optional cash tip jar for those who want to show extra appreciation. Beyond the amazing drinks, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. If you’re a coffee or matcha lover, this is a must-visit spot. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Paperboy Roasters! As soon as I walked in, Paul made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed the Americano. You can tell they are very passionate about making the best quality coffee. The shop is located inside a community center which provides plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a really comfortable spot to read or study. So glad I found this hidden gem in downtown Fontana! I'll definitely be back soon!

Best coffee there is. Paul has a true love for what he does and it reflects in every single cup of coffee. 10/10 would drink again.
