Seems like the days of cheap Vietnamese coffee are long gone especially in the Bay Area. The setup is very cute and they're busy as heck here. We ordered their phin option which comes with either egg, durian, ube, or pandan. The pandan consistency was good but the ube was very watery. You can see the difference in our drinks. The drinks are good but hard to justify the price tag.

The egg coffee was one of the most amazing coffees have ever tasted. I enjoyed having a cappuccino every now and then, but after having this I can’t go back. The creaminess and the richness of the foam and the smooth texture of the coffee work in the best possible harmony. Highly recommend!

Phin Cafe in Fremont is a gem for coffee lovers. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. Their Vietnamese coffee is a standout—rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re in for a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely break, Phin Cafe is a fantastic choice. I am a Cortado or flat white drinker but even though I didn’t get it here the other options were good to discover.
