I visited on New Year's Eve, and it wasn't as crowded as I anticipated. I'm very glad I went! I ordered their Iced Matcha Banana Pudding Latte, which I'd rate an 8/10. It wasn't too sweet, which was perfect. I also appreciated the accompanying cookie! I also tried the Iced Monkey Mocha Latte, which I'd rate a 7/10. It was good, but not my usual preference. If I'm ever in the area again, I would certainly return! They offer a wonderful selection of interesting flavors that I'd love to explore.

Wonderful staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made my first time here just great in every way today! I walk by this location at night when I walk my dog and I have been meaning to stop in. Wonderful atmosphere with a young, friendly staff (oh and these co-workers are friends as I noticed others arriving to work here and the Teammates were sincerely happy to see and greet eachother) and there is calm energy to study or just relax (I’m watching movie reviews while drinking my Cortado Salted Pecan Coffee… soooo good!)… Just as important, this place is CLEAN! I like that a lot. I really don’t ever notice the price for things when I go out for dinner or for coffee, but if the place isn’t clean, I start to think of other places to visit. This place is clean because the staff has pride in their shop and authentic caring in eachother. I mean I just get this impression. So that brings me to Ownership. The person that owns this wonderful coffee shop - Cortado really knows how to take care of people. The staff here truly enjoys being here and that has everything to do with the Leadership that runs this lovely place. Oh and another great thing about this great shop is how great everything smells in here! Highly recommended and I’m so glad I stopped in. I will be back!

I was craving thick and creamy coffee so I gave this coffee spot a try! It's in a plaza next to one of my favorite shabu-shabu places. I tried their einspanner latte. Totally loved it! The balance was just right! Not too sweet, not too bitter, and the cream wasn't overwhelming. Staff was super friendly and quick, plus there's tons of parking in the plaza. The space has a minimal, clean design with several small tables inside and a few outside.
