Been here twice. Service is pretty poor. The pastries and bagels are gas-station grade. No paper towels in the bathroom. I come out of bathroom with wet hands and need to find my own towel because staff is busy. And this is not what I expect when ordering a bagel with cream cheese:

I don’t really care if it’s early in the morning and you’re not friendly because you’re tired. I WORK at 3am, and you don’t see me being rude. And with that, their paninis are either soggy, or the flavored lattes don’t have much flavor. Maybe come to this location when it’s not so early.

Great place offering quality coffee, we tried their Italian cappuccino and cubano cappuccino and loved it, both tasted extremely rich in flavors. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available along with wifi access for guests. If you are visiting Hayward, do try their coffee, I recommend this place.
