I wanted to like this place, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a Matcha and a Vanilla Latte, and both were a huge letdown--flavorless, cheap-tasting, and barely filled to the top. When I asked if I could swap them for something else, they told me l'd have to pay for a new drink, even though they were the same price. The barista's response made it even worse. Instead of just handling the situation, they got defensive and kept questioning what was wrong, even after I had already explained. It felt like I was being interrogated when I was just trying to be polite. At one point, they even asked if I'd ever had a vanilla latte before--as if I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like. Spoiler: I do, and this one was bland tasted like water down milk with slight vanilla syrup. The matcha wasn't any better. To top it off, they didn't even tell me how they were going to fix it. They took my drinks without saying a word, helped the next customer, ignored me for a while, and then just handed them back with zero explanation or apology. Between the bad drinks and the dismissive service, I won't be coming back.

Stopped by this coffee shop as we are passing through town and we are absolutely so glad we did! I am not lying when I tell you the coffees that we got are one of the best I've ever had in my life. I got the blended slow turtle and my wife got the white pumpkin latte. If we're ever back in town we are coming here 100%!

I came here from far, I was very excited. Upon arrival, I told Julie the cashier that I wasn’t sure which coffee I had tried prior. She told me she thought it was a certain mocha, I ordered it. It tasted really bad and I told her would I be able to get another drink this one doesn’t taste good she said sure we can remake it, I left the old drink there and went to they’re outside dining, she let 10 minutes go by just to tell me they wanted to charge me for the second drink even tho the first one she made tasted bad & at that point let my coffee sit there for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service, I’ve been a barista before and this is not how baristas should be!
