Came in to do some work. I was carrying a water bottle, and after I ordered my matcha strawberry blended oat drink, the barista offered to fill my water bottle, even though it was already full. Little things like that make these coffee visits so much better! :) My drink is awesome too! A little on the sweeter side, but I like when it’s sweet anyway!

I had a fantastic first experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Rialto! I stopped by to purchase a gift card for a family member's birthday and decided to try the Vietnamese Cold Brew they always rave about. I was fortunate to be assisted by Vanessa, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. She helped me pick out a gift card design and ensured my drink order was perfect. What truly stood out was her thoughtful gesture of adding a sticker and a $5.00 coupon for the new year. Small touches like that make a big difference and left a lasting impression.
