Another visit, service was great this time. Dropped by again today, cashier was much better, glad to see the change. Top notch full flavored iced latte ☕, cashier was fairly speechless so room for improvement. Barista was fine, black and white iced cookie was good 🥠.

It's been years since I left this area, and I still miss Cherry Bean! I travel a lot and I love coffee. I always try to find the best local coffees, and Cherry Bean is the best coffee we had in California. They will also ship coffee to you, if you want.

The worst customer service. We waited 30 minutes for my husband's hot chocolate. It never appeared they made everybody else's first. When we went to go ask, they got attitude. Yes, there was a parade going on, but they should have anticipated the volume of people that we're gonna get and had extra people on shift. Horrible place will never go back there again. Asked for refund !
