Pleasantly surprised by the drinks here. Loved the matcha horchata latte and they have a lot of great options to choose from. Can't wait to go again.

I go to this place often and it’s pretty good but the service is often lacking. Today, it was particularly bad. I ordered my coffee well ahead of time and it wasn’t ready. I told the staff that my app told me it should be ready and I was coming from work. She said that it would be another 10 minutes. I told her the app should indicate that and then the worker gave me an attitude and asked if I wanted a refund, which I said yes to. They need to update the app to have adequate pick up times, which was a valid critique and the worker just gave an attitude and lost an ongoing customer for no reason. Management needs to do better.

I love this shop! The prices are better than any other shop I have been to in the area and they have so many options. Something I look for in coffee shops is if they offer non fat milk at no charge, this place does. The drink I got was the strawberry matcha and it was perfect. The flavor balance was perfect for me. I have tried other places and I cannot really taste the strawberry, here the strawberry is the star. This has quickly become my new favorite coffee stop near my office.
