Located under the Benton Apartments, they have retail parking in the garage (entrance from Benton and El Camino El) I got a flat white and the beans they use is Ya blend from Soul Works. The coffee is on the earthy floral side, medium body. Although it was a bit colder than I'd prefer, it may have been a one off due to a morning rush. I appreciate they serve in ceramic cups and glassware for eat-in orders.

I’ve been to their other spots and always count on the quality of their coffee, so I had to check out the newest location. I’m so glad they do pour overs here, and the staff was super friendly, taking the time to walk me through the pour over of the day. The one I got had a more subtle taste with a light, fragrant aroma and a clean, unique flavor. Really solid experience. You can also enjoy some outdoor seating while sipping your coffee. They sell coffee beans on the shelves, with prices ranging from $19 to $26, depending on the variety.

It’s always a pleasure to visit a 1Oz Coffee because of their friendly staff and high quality coffee, and this location is no exception. I usually get a cappuccino, and the one I had here had a rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced flavor. I also tried an avocado toast and it did not disappoint. I’m definitely coming back to this new location!
