This is my very first time at a Dutch Bros and I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu. As I was in the drive through line, I was trying to decide which menu item would be most to my liking. Carlos was such a sweetheart and was able to quickly ask what kind of drinks I normally drink and like. He came up with a suggestion and I am so happy to report it was quite delicious!

first time customer. I’m having a tough day and I came to purchase a couple of drinks. The cashiers were very kind and had a beautiful gesture towards me that made me smile and made my day a little better. Thank you for showing kindness and compassion. Small acts of kindness has an amazing ripple effect of positive vibes so that we can continue to pass it on to others. Thank you for the delicious and refreshing drink but most of all thank for your kindness. You now have a costumer for life. 🫶🏽💗☮️

Had an ice annihilator with oatmilk not bad line was unexpected waited only about 30 minutes. Attendance was exceptional like Chick-fil-A style, polite service made for a pleasant experience.
