As far as coffee shops go, this location is truly a cut above the rest. As soon as you walk in, you are enveloped by the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and greeted by friendly faces that make your visit feel genuinely welcoming. It’s true that you can go to Starbucks for coffee, but here you’re not rushed, and you’re treated to quality coffee. 5/5—I highly recommend it to any one looking for coffee and all coffee connoisseurs!

I will start off and say I’m not a coffee drinker. This has nothing to do with there coffee. I saw an employee pull in to the hash marked area or wheelchair accidentally. I said out loud integrity. He looked at me and said, for what my parking spot. I said yes that’s for wheelchairs he said I work here. To some it’s not a big deal but to someone who has a disability and has a placard to park there it’s frustrating. Do better land and water don’t excuse bad behavior just for your convenience.

My experience at this coffee shop was nothing short of appalling, a combination of blatant disregard for hygiene, customer service, and overall quality. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were grimy, sticky from what appeared to be days-old spills, and littered with scraps of napkins and crumbs. The tables were equally neglected, with visible stains from drinks, smears of something unidentifiable, and even dried gum stuck underneath the surfaces. The air itself was stale, carrying a faint but unpleasant odor of sour milk and old coffee that made staying there almost unbearable. The most shocking moment came when I finally received my drink after an unreasonably long wait at the counter, which itself was cluttered with scattered receipts, spilled sugar, and grime. As I prepared to take a sip, I noticed several small, black bugs floating on the surface of the coffee. At first, I thought it might be debris from the cup, but upon closer inspection, I realized these were actual insects. The sight alone made me nauseous, and I was horrified at the thought of what might be lurking behind the scenes in the kitchen or preparation areas. How could such a basic level of food safety be ignored in a business that serves consumables? When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, their response was equally disappointing. The employee behind the counter barely offered an apology, dismissively suggesting that “these things happen” and offering to make another drink, as though this were a normal occurrence. At no point did anyone seem genuinely concerned or offer a proper resolution, let alone assure me that this was an isolated incident. Instead, I was left to feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The rest of the shop only reinforced my decision to leave as quickly as possible. Trash bins were overflowing, with garbage spilling onto the floor around them. The bathroom was unusable, with dirty sinks, unflushed toilets, and an empty soap dispenser. The chairs were visibly worn, with torn upholstery and questionable stains, while the walls had peeling paint and spots of mold creeping along the edges near the ceiling. The entire environment felt neglected, as though the establishment had given up on maintaining even the most basic standards of operation. This wasn’t just a bad coffee shop experience; it was a clear example of what happens when a business fails at every level. From the bugs in my drink to the filthy surroundings, every aspect of this visit screamed carelessness and indifference. It’s not just disappointing—it’s deeply concerning to think that a place like this can continue to operate without facing repercussions. I wouldn’t recommend this coffee shop to anyone and sincerely hope it undergoes a complete overhaul before it’s allowed to serve another customer.
