This is my GO TO SPOT!! The food is ALWAYS good and HOT! The waffles, omletes, Fremch Toast, Pancakes are all delicious. I think they use real eggs and not "liquid" eggs. The coffee could be a little stronger...but I always ask for a stronger cup and they ALWAYS accomodate. The people working here are friendly and pleasant. My family LOVES this place and you CAN NOT beat the price for the quality of food and service.

My wife and I had eaten here a few times and in each visit hoping it would get better. The best way to describe this place is, as if you had no other place to go and you need a cheap breakfast. It takes about an hour to receive your breakfast and getting refills on coffee is equally challenging. We have a very small service dog that is very well mannered and quiet but they frowned upon our service dog by making comments under their breath. So we decided to not go to this restaurant anymore.

I can't believe I have lived in Simi since 2018 and never tried this place. Once stepping inside, this place feels untouched since the 1980s. The food is delicious and the prices are very affordable. I had the patty melt and my husband tried the famous Monte Cristo sandwich. All good! The restaurant was full of regulars. Everyone enjoying great conversation and no feelings of being rushed. Definitely a little jewel in Simi valley. It is a must try! FYI their hours are slightly limited so catch them when they are open.
