We have been here twice, I forgot to review the first time. We don't live anywhere near here, but we're passing through and I remembered "Tio's Cafe" so we stopped again. This place is so good, I may just make it a plan to come by again. The food is great, the service is great. First time was breakfast, second was lunch. I really enjoyed everything.

We have lived here in Simi for years and finally decided to try this place! Well.... we have been missing out! The food is delicious and the prices are outstanding. The menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Our server was the sweetest and very attentive. We will be back! This mall should be going thru some crazy construction soon. At this point, nothing has happened. We heard that there will be apartments coming into the left section of this plaza. Seems everything has been put on hold.

The breakfast burrito was awesome specially with the salsa on top oh and they have tall coffee cups the more the merrier!
