Anyone who has been lucky enough to enjoy cafe culture knows how special it is to find a place with personality, a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, great service with huge smiles, and excellent - and great value - food and drinks. Historia, with its happy chatty regulars, and wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff, provides a level of comfort and a sense of community which is so rare in this area. Highly recommend the kouign Amman, a beautiful buttery layered almond or raspberry French pastry, crispy and flaky with a wonderfully moist and chewy center.

First time customer, and I will be back :) Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, plus the food and coffee were delicious! (bonus points if you like chess, they have plenty of boards to play on)

Historia Bakery is a neighborhood gem and worth the visit. We have enjoyed coffee, tea, pastries and sandwiches several times and the owner and staff are always friendly and attentive. There isn’t anything on the menu that is bad - so feel free to ask the staff about crowd favorites or tell them what you like and they will suggest something that fits your taste. Everything is fresh - so if you want the good stuff - I suggest you visit earlier before they run out! Make time for this gem
